When a woman loses her husband and daughter in quick succession, she must embrace her faith to regain her emotional and spiritual health. During her journey she is faced with temptations and a haunting past.  Ultimately she realizes that she must choose her own destiny.  This screenplay is an adaptation of Grand Suites, with more of an emphasis on religion.

When Lieutenant Columbo is called in to investigate the death of a famous actress he finds out that the killer used the victim’s hairdryer. By putting fertilizer in the barrel the ingredients counteracted her heart medication as she blew dry her hair. This screenplay went into development at Universal Studios in 1998.

Doug and Carrie need to buy a new car and they’ll do anything to get a good deal, including using their friends to get discounts. Arthur tries to make a fortune by finding rare pennies, and ends up in jail.

Will & Grace: I Was Blind, But Now Can See

Jack pretends to be blind, and in the process loses a neighbor’s dog. Karen finds the lost dog and thinks it’s a rat. She brings it to work and leaves it for Grace to take care of. Grace finds out that dogs are men magnets and wants one of her own. This screenplay advanced to the semi-final round (top 10%) of the 2001 American Accolades Television and Shorts Competition and the quarter-finals (top 18%) of the 2002 Scriptapalooza TV Competition.

Will and Grace: Low 2.9% Financing

Grace decides to go car shopping and talks Will into playing hooky to join her.  Meanwhile Jack decides he wants to be a limo driver and convinces Karen to allow him to use her limo to practice.

A 15 page short screenplay. The story follows the incidents of an 8-year-old pyromaniac who grows up to father a potentially pyromaniac son. The conflict revolves around his desire to set fires and his promise to his mother not to.
